I always find it most strange, that "experts" like those who write the bikemagazines, seems to always forget what bikes are made for. They spend pages on describing weird projects with multiple horsepowers and futuristic designs that cost fortunes, but they seem to be blind for the fact that bikes are made for riding, not show only.
When deciding that you want a motorbike, the first question you ask yourself should be "Where will I ride ?" Then, "How will I ride ?" and when you have answered those, "What can I afford ?". Your own needs shall be the guidelines, not what some idiot writes in a magazine. These writers are no true bikers to me.
It is obvious that they have not understood what biking is about. Pity. But we, who have seen the light, need not to waste any energy on them. Let's just feel free and happy, as we truly are.
Ugh, I have spoken.
Peter.
